Because our digital products (such as the 7-Day PCOS Reset) are delivered instantly and grant immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. 1:1 Coaching Programs
Coaching is a high-touch personalised service. Once your onboarding has begun, fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies with documentation), credits may be issued at our discretion.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased product, please contact us at hello@riseabovepcos.com within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in immediate termination of access to all services.
